I have been thru that page countless times in the past three days.....nothing there is helpful!

I have this problem, as well. It started three days ago. Here is the "report" I get when Itunes stops working (each time I try to open the Itunes Store.

Fault Modual Version: 6.1.7601.18015

Exception Code: c06d007e

The Itunes store was working for me in the past, but I switched to a new laptop with Windows 7 Pro. I cannot remember if I have purchased anything since my switch, but I think I have!

Try copying the QTMovieWin.dll in the c:\program files (x86)\common files\apple\apple application support folder to the c:\program files (x86)\iTunes folder. I had same problem and it's fixed this bug.

This problem has been vexing me for months - countless reinstalls, wiping registry clean etc. This fixed it and, I gotta think, seems to point the finger (index, not middle) to Cupertino...

I have been working on geting this issue resolved for more than a month. Had Apple technicians "baffled" - went to Microsoft support (twice) and then finally found this post...WORKED LIKE A CHARM!
