Q: Itunes crashes when i try playing mp4 film

I imported a movie into itunes but then when i go to play it it comes up with an error message saying that itunes ran into a problem please wait while windows finds a solution. Then a few seconds later i get no solution found then it closes the program. I played mp4 films ln itunes before but now they suddenly wont play or upload to my ipad? Anyone got a solution?
