Apple ID Security Questions

I need to verify my Apple ID Securty Questions. However, I don't recall ever setting those up, and when I give my answers, it says the do not match. There is no link below the questions to send anything to my rescue e-mail. Any ideas? I cannot purchase anything through Apple...
