Server unavailable on Yahoo mail account

I can no longer get emails on my phone. Have tried a variety of troubleshooting with no resolution.

iPhone 4S, iOS 6.1.3

I know you say that you have tried a veriety of troubleshooting steps but just to confirm have you tried the steps in the article below?
