Do i have to register my iPhoto 11 vita an key code?

I need an quick answer, please?

iPhoto '11 (and iLife '11) doesn't come with any product key. Simply you purchase it, you install it and you can use it without activating. You receive updates from Apple Software Update or the Mac App Store, if you purchased iPhoto in the App Store

No. The DVD version of it uses the honor system. The Mac App Store version is tied to the Apple ID it was purchased under.
