Why doesn't the search facility in the inbox on icloud.com work?

Why doesn't the search facility in the inbox on icloud.com work?

I am constantly getting an error message saying "Cannot load "inbox". Messages cannot be displayed at this time."

I am very frustrated and, frankly, ****ed off.

Anyone got any ideas? Or is anyone from Apple able to clarify what's going on?!

I am logging onto icloud while at work (on a DELL using Windows 7), not that I think this should make any difference to a cloud service....
