Parental control and safe iphone in-app web browsing

Why there is no option to make and use monitoring app that monitors whole iphone device? Wanted to restrict my kid to view **** (safari is restricted and safe browser is installed, but he can do it via twitter or other apps who include in-app web browsing). I understand that I can restrict safari and restrict all apps but then iphone who seemd useful for use turns to a game station or calculator for use only!

There is no single app for that becouse iOS does not allow that kind of security.

Android OS platform is much better and safer for this reason.

Why APPLE is done so pure job for iphone iOS in this safety area?

Does next iOS will be better in this or should we switch to Android?

iPhone 4, iOS 6.1.3, Monitor entire iphone device

For example - accountable2you.com offers good monitoring application for mac and PC and Android but not possible for iOS!!!

See link: http://www.accountable2you.com/services.aspx

Only single safe browser aviable and it means that restricted matterial can be viewed via facebook app, twitter app, navigation apps (who include wikipedia search an that allows to find google home and there you can search anything).

And by the way - to search for restricted content you dont need to type anything in search bar - you can view it link by link and copy phrases and search them via in-app browsing!!!
