can't connect to the internet
my daughter is in college and she called and said she can not get her MacBook Pro (brand new June 2013) to connect to the internet.
Her phone and her IPAD is connecting fine. I facetimed her last night and saw that the MBP is connecting fine but is not connecting.
I set up a airport express modem in her room. The router is connected to the ethernet into the wall in her room. Those signals seem to be fine.
I am going to call her tonight to try to fix the problem. She really needs to have her MBP working for ther classes.
