Lower screen in iP4 lagging

Hi everybody,

so today I changed the home button on my iPhone 4 GSM and since then the lover part of the screen doesnt work (the 4 icons in the lowest dock), but i can unlock it, can someone help me?

iPhone 4, iOS 6.1.3
