Q: won't connect to biz hub 363 wirelessly

I am having a problem,

I have downloaded the correct drivers, the printer shows up on my computer.

The company i work for uses secure print, so i have the secure print settings connected. When i go to print, it says that it went to the printer but nothing comes out. I punched in the IP address thinking this was the problem but still nothing happens.

Ive never had problems with a printer before, maybe i need to upgrade from 10.7.x to the newest upgrade?

PLEASE HELP
