Will apple charge me if I take my iPod and ask them to update the iOS?

I have a iPod touch 4th generation running on iOS 4.3.3 and I've tried to update my iOS system on both of my computers but none support iTunes so I was wandering if I took it into a apple store would they charge me for them to update it for me and if so how much roughly?
