I assume,.... that as yet you are stil in the early planning stages.

If you want to publish both free books and paid books, you will need two IDs/ accounts.

Also you will need to open an iTunesConnect account for each ID and if you wish to sell your books you will need a USA tax EIN number. Whatever thoughts you have about your tax status in yur home country or the logic of Apple having this requirement, you will not progress unless and until you have the EIN number issued.

Its not difficult and takes around 10- 15minuutes on a phone call. All the details are availble on this forum if you need help on that matter.

You do not need an EIN for FREE books.

you have an ID already which you can use , but it may be better to open a new ID and email just for your Free Books.

Open an iTunesC onnect account.

Download iTunesProducer

Create your free book to comply with the review team/iBookstore requirements and Publish your book.
