Error -43: a file could not be found

Hello. I'm trying to export an mov file from quicktime pro, but I keep getting this error everytime. I have been able to do this export as of a few weeks ago, now it doesn't work.

I'm trying to export an mov to an mov to correct a dimension issue. Again, this worked perfectly in the past.

I have tried moving files to different drives, the desktop as well. Still getting the same error.
