still trying to syn my tones to my new iPhone without the old phone nore saved to computer iCloud. all I have is the reciepts of the purchases. Can anyone help???

I purchased a new iPhone 5 but I didnt know I had to sync the Tones fromt he old phone to the new one first. I thought that they were saved in my iTunes store and iCloud but theyre not. Theyre nowhere to be found on my desk top either. All I have is the receipts of purchase from the iTunes store. Is there any way I can get these iTunes (Tones) back? HELP!!!
