How do I create bullet list in a cell in Numbers?

I'm wanting to create a bullet point list in a cell in Numbers. Does anyone know how? I've found the formatting option in Inspector, but when I want to create the next bullet point in the cell this is where I come unstuck...

Thanks 🙂

In Inspector,Text, Bullets, turn Text Bullet on, as you've already done.

When you begin typing the first entry, the first bullet in the cell should appear.

When the first bullet entry is complete, use Option+Return to take you to the next (empty) bullet point down within the cell...

The cell should expand downward to accept each new entry. (I typed in the lowercase letters following each bullet for the illustration below)

To make it easier to edit the bullet points in the cell, drag the double-line (looks like an equal sign) slider that appears in the far right lower corner of the 'EDIT' box, so the edit box becomes large enough to display all the cell contents.

Incidently, Option+Return also works to make multi-line cell entries without bullets too. I often use it for long descriptive text in column or row border cells.

Its August 2017. OSX 10.11.6 El Capitan, Numbers v 3.6.2

The solution provided does not seem to exist any more. You can create a bullet list within a text box, but if you want to creat a bullet list within a CELL, and click Text tab within inspector there is no option to create/edit bullet points. Apple has downgraded the functionality since 2013?

Please advise if there is a new way to insert bullets within the cell text.
