Why isn't "Follow Tempo and Pitch" working?

This is a glitch in the latest GB, I don't know how to fix it (anybody?). If it's only about the pitch, a workaround is the AUPitch effect which you can put on the track and then change the pitch in cents (1 semitone = 100 cents.)

Does the region speed up or down when you change the song's tempo? If not, I only see the possiblity to use an external editor. But of course that's very cumbersome and not very interactive.
