My imac OS 10.8.4 keeps crashing and restarting "due to problem"

My imac running OS X 10.8.4, with the group update installed keeps crashing and restarting itself at various intervals and running different software each time. This last time, I tried to double check the 10.8.4 group update was installed, ran it and the install seemed to complete, but then upon restart, I still got the "your computer was restarted due to a problem" message. I also got this message when I restarted in safe mode - and I selected the restart from the apple menu.

Here is the latest Problem Report, below. Please let me know what additional information might be helpful to help figure this out. It's making it impossible to get any work done.

Reinstall the original memory and see whether there's any improvement. Be careful not to touch the gold contacts. Clean them with a mild solvent such as rubbing alcohol. Aftermarket memory must exactly match the technical specifications for your model. Memory that is either slower or faster than specified may be incompatible.

The Apple Hardware Test or Apple Diagnostics, though generally unreliable, will sometimes detect a fault. A negative test can't be depended on. Run the extended version of the test.

Unfortunately the memory doesn't seem to be the issue. I even took it into a Mac approved repair location and they couldn't determine the problem, nor get the kernel panics to start happening again. However, since we got a kernel panic again the morning after I took the imac home, I'm guessing it's related to either the keyboard (Macally ICEKEY2) or the Cintiq we have hooked up to the imac. Anyone have issues with either the Macally or a Cintiq connection adapter (VGA to Mini display port) causing kernel panics? I'm going to try to borrow another keyboard tonight to continue troubleshooting, but trying not to invest too much more money before actually identifying the cause of the problem.

I ran Disk Utility and the only repairs needed were with a few permissions (none to the file system), which were done successfully. But then I downloaded Rember, which some other threads about kernel panics have recommended. When I tried to run it, as soon as the first loop started, the computer crashed. That happened every time, 4 attemps in a row, with all my peripherals unplugged and even after rebooting in safe mode. After that, it wouldn't even shut down properly - it would restart itself and give me the kernel panic error messages.

The online forums seem to indicate that if Rember won't even run then it's definitely a RAM issue, so Linc Davis was probably correct to begin with. But I don't have alternate RAM to test myself, so I will post here when the geniuses take a look. Thanks for the help!

I will try running one or two sticks of memory at a time tonight (we have 4x2Gig sticks), but it did go to the Apple store today and passed both of their memory tests.

I wanted to test a few more things at home before leaving it with the geniuses for a few days, so if anyone has any more home tests they recommend running, fire away.

Thanks for all the advice!

My imac OS 10.8.4 keeps crashing and restarting "due to problem"
