I added multiple items to my wish list, but the "Buy All" icon is gone. It has been missing for about two weeks now. This has never happened before. My card hasn't expired and I haven't knowingly changed any settings in the iTunes store. Any ideas?

Other people have posted about the same thing, it appears to have been removed from the current version of iTunes. You can try leaving feedback for Apple and maybe it'll be added back in a future update : http://www.apple.com/feedback/itunesapp.html
In the meantime you will only be able to buy items individually
I cannot make any purchases from my wish list. The buy button is not there. I have a credit balance that is listed. I've never had this problem before. Have spent 2 days trying to figure it out. I've also left feedback for Apple. I can't even select individual songs to purchase.
You don't have the price to the right of the song which you can click on to buy the song ?
I was clicking on the arrow next to the price which did not give me the option to purchase. I selected the amount instead as you pointed out, and it worked. There used to be a "Buy" bar previously which I was looking for. Thanks for your help.
