plaese my ipad mini gave me a message
ICloud Backup
This ipad hasnt been backed up in 6 weeks.Backups happen when this ipad is plugged in, locked, and connected to wifi.
what can i do
I cannot remove the message to plug it on wifiand even cant turn it off.
what is the solution

Hold Sleep and Home buttons for 10 seconds until your device restarts, so you will be able to use your device again. After that, open Settings > iCloud > Storage & Backup, and make a manual backup.
Your iPad will make a backup on iCloud when it's plugged to the charger and connected to a network
