Q: my ipod wont turn on or charge

whenever i plug it in, nothing happens and it heats up like crazy. Ive tried holding all the buttons and what not and still nothing, just a blank screen.

If you take it to an Apple Retail Store, they might be able to fix it.

The hotness really suggests a hardware problem.
