Q: Itunes Match - purchased but not able to turn on...

I have purchased the Itunes match, and all the directions to turn it on say - sign into your itunes account, select store and click on "turn On Itunes Match" - this is not an option on my STORE list!! Help!!

    Thank you for using Apple Support Communities!

    First I would make sure you have a supported version of iTunes for iTunes Match:

     

    iTunes Match minimum system requirements:

     

    iTunes 10.5.1 or later on your Mac or PC

    If so, then next I would make sure you are going to the correct Store section. It is located in the menu bar where you also see File, Edit, View, etc. If you cannot see this bar then you can use this info to see it, and click Store>Turn On iTunes Match

     

    • Press the Alt key.
    • This will turn the menus on and off temporarily. This will change back to the default, the iTunes menus being turned off, when you next close iTunes.
