How to Change "Chapter" to German "Kapitel" in TOC ?

Hi there,

I write a book in German and I can't find out how to rename the words "Section", "Chapter" etc. so that they appear in German as "Abschnitt" and "Kapitel" in the Table Of Contents. Photos are attached....

If I change them manually like on the second picture they are not being changed in the TOC also.....how can I define them to change automatically in my table of contents?

On the First Picture you see that there is still the word "Chapter 1" and "Section 1"...How to change that in "Kapitel 1" and "Abschnitt 1"?

...and don't forget to use 'Apply Changes' where applicable.

But if you are just looking to change the language, you may not need to do anything other than changing your computer's language and your iPad's language to German so that those OS's are both configured correctly.
