The question it's this one:
Will work 2gb ram from my mac mini (late 2012) on my imac 27, (late 2012)?
It's 1600 ddr3 so i guess it should. I know that the article on the support page says that only 4gb, and 8 gb are allowed, but it feels strange not accept less than that!

If the memory is PC3-12800 (1600 MHz) DDR3 SO-DIMM then it should work in the iMac. Check the memory via the System Information under the menu.

Finally i bought 8gb of ram from crucial and put them on my mac mini, and the two 2gb of ram from the mac mini are actully on my imac 27 working totally fine.

It's Dual Channel. Apple sets RAM on iMacs in order to use Dual Channel, as you may note a performance increase of 8-10%
