RMZ E" Network

In my office, where I usually get the LTE network, my iPhone 5 says I am connected to the "RMZ E" network? How do I go back to the LTE network?

iPhone 5, iOS 6.1.4

I called AT&T and they (initially) knew nothing about this. The person at tech. support called me back and said I had somehow been added to a small list of emergency responders that had been granted access to their "Remote Mobility Zone" (network in a suitcase) network, used only when the greater E-3G-LTE network was offline due to some emergency or natural disaster. The iPhone is designed to give the RMZ E network priority whenever it is in proximity to one that is on and operating. I asked her to switch off my access to the emergency network and within minutes I was back on LTE. Problem solved.
