From your Safari menu bar click Safari > Preferences then select the Extensions tab.

You can uninstall AdBlock from there.

After choosing to uninstall within Safari Preferences, the next time Safari starts it automatically opens a page that re-installs the extension, how do I prevent it from doing this and still leave other extensions running. The only way I found to prevent it was to disable all extensions which is not what I want to do. I just want to remove the Add Block and Add Block Plus extension.
