Is this a new AC TC?

Just have a look as there are heaps of posts with people having stability issues with the new TC or AE.. (same things).

I recommend a factory reset..

All new names.. short, 2-20 characters, no spaces, pure alphanumeric.. that includes TC name, wireless names.. (put in a different name for 5ghz until you get it working).. and disk name.

Then use manual wireless channels..

For 2.4ghz try 11, 6, 1 in that order.. stick with what is stable.. other channels are simply overlapping. These are the only ones that don't

Try for 5ghz around 40 and around 150.. actual channel is not a concern but one low and then one high.

No improvement ring apple support since you have a new AIR.. and get them to sort out their mess.
