Q: I purchased my I-Pad in the USA and opened my apps account with my American credit card.  Now that I am in Brazil, I can not  make any purchases and can't edit my account.

I need to update my account or be able to use themone I originally opened in the USA with my American credit card.  I also want tomuse my language, English, so,how can I stay with my USA Apple Store?

    You can't. You can only use the US iTunes Store if you are physically present in the US and still have a US credit card with a US billing address. You will need to either move your account to the Brazilian iTunes Store or open a new account there, and I believe the Brazilian iTunes Store is in Portuguese.

    I would like to continue tomhave the capability to,update my MLB, NFL and other USA Type Apps, as well as upload things like Stares and Stripes military magazine.  These apps are not available in Brazil's app store.

    Again, you are not allowed to use the US iTunes Store from outside of the US. Nor are some of the apps you mentioned - probably not any that provide any sort of live game coverage, anyway - licensed for use outside the US and may not work elsewhere.

     

    If you are in Brazil, the Brazilian iTunes Store is the only one you are allowed to use. There's nothing more we can say on the subject.

    I guess my only option is to update my accout, so how do I do that?  I can't even update my existing apps,without my credit info being validated.  If I can't do that, I should get the Galaxy.
