mms iphone5 o2 doesn't work for me

Hi Guys

I'\ve heard of a Vodaphone fix (https://discussions.apple.com/thread/4617369?start=0&tstart=0 ) for MMS settings to send and receive pics on iphone5 but does anyone here know of a fix for O2? I spent 50 mins in a chat today with an O2 agent but he concluded he didn't know how to fix it!

Any tips whatsoever appreciated.

"Today I spoke to Apple - was told problem appears to be with O2 and to ask them again to recheck my settings. (In the meantime my i tunes library is now messed up too!!) However, I've spoken to O2 tonight and they tell me that the problem is recognised as an interface problem between Apple and o2 that is being worked on. Apparently not all phones are affected but a large percentage 4s sets are. O2 are making a note of customers affected so my advice would be to make the call to ensure it's logged against the account - then hold your breath and watch for pigs flying!"

I know it's related to the 4s but the same issue could just be the network do you know anyone who you could possible try sending a mms who is on O2 and has a 5?

"Hi there

I was having trouble sending and receiving mms on iphone 4s aswell. I phoned customer services who told me to upgrade to ios 5 and that should fix problem. I went into my local o2 store explained it them and they phoned customer services! So far i am able to send mms they went into my account later on and fixed it. It was showing on my profile in o2 store that mms was not set up. And thats what caused the problem. Luckily the guys in store was really helpful."

Have you tried going to a carrier store and asking them if you account has the service specifically sending mms's active?
