I've changed my apple ID from AT&T.net, but when I attempt to update my apps.. my old AT&T.net apple ID pops up and I can't sign to do the updates. How can I get that apple ID out so my new apple ID can display?

Did you change the name/address of your Apple ID or start a new one? (You said both things, and they are not the same.)
Apps are forever linked to the Apple ID that originally bought them.
