Sample Editor Progress Counter

Hey there folks. Hope I'm not asking a RTFM question. I couldn't find my answer there.

I use the Sample Editor to pitch up or tune tracks for transcription and other reasons. There seems to be little change from 9 to X other than the additional click to have to get to the "File" area in the Sample Editor.

Anyhow... re-tuning an entire track can take a little time. In 9 there was a (unique to Logic) progress counter. I'm doing the same thing in Logic Pro X, and there no longer seems to be a counter. Now I just sit and wait until the CPU monitor starts to move...lame. Where did the counter go?

I'm guessing there is a pref or a box to check to get this back... haven't found it yet. Any help?
