Transferring podcasts from iPod to computer iTunes

I transferred podcasts from my iPad to computer, but accidentally deleted them. They are still on my iPad but iTunes won't do the transfer purchases again. Note, my computer is off line right now, how can I transfer again?

Podcasts are free (not purchases). You should be able to download them again (on your computer) from the iTunes Store podcasts section.

Does "off line" mean not working, or not connected to the Internet?

As for your problem, you can try certain tool, such as iPubsoft iPod to Computer Transfer, it will help you copy your iPod podcasts, playlists, camera roll, etc. to computer easily so that you can sync them to iTunes!

Is the iPod set to manual sync? If not, go to Edit>Preferences>iPod while it's connected and set it to 'manually manage songs & playlists'. Then make sure that the firmware on the iPod is up-to-date (http://www.apple.com/ipod/download). Then you can drag the podcast over to the iPod icon in the source list window and drop it on the iPod icon and make sure it is positioned correctly.
