iPhone 3gs iTunes error -1

My iPhone 3gs is stuck in recovery mode and

when I try to restore it in Itunes it gives me error -1.

My Phone firmware is 6.1.3

How can I fix this?

Please help me..

iPhone 3GS, iOS 6.1.3, 32gb

That often indicates a hardware failure. If you've tried to restore it multiple times and keep getting the same error, the phone will need to be replaced.

HI,

try this out

1- Make sure you installed the latest version of iTunes

2- Download the latest firmware version for your iPhone 3Gs 6.1.6 from HERE

3- Get ur phone into the DFU Mode.
4- Open iTunes and click on your iPhone

5- if Your PC user Press and hold SHIFT then click on restore button on iTunes.

Follow the steps and wait for ur iphone to load the restart.
