Q: How do I delete unneeded stuff on my secondary iCloud account
Hi,
my primary iCloud account is: myname@icloud.com
i don't want to modify anything from it, and i wish to keep the supplementary storage i purchased, right.
my secondary iCloud account is a former MobileMe account: smithfamily@mac.com
I'm using it ONLY for:
- my purchases on the MAS and iTunes Store
- the related emails
However Apple tells me that my present storage volume is 6.2GB
So my question: how do i delete all the stuff i don't need on my secondary iCloud account "smithfamily@mac.com"?
Note: i've checked out Apple's page about it but it doesn't help me.(http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5527?viewlocale=en)

Thanks.

Pictures are only saved in icloud via iDevice backups. But a secondary account does not perform backups to itself. In fact, secondary accounts store very little beyond the Apple data.
So the problem is old data from when you used the now secondary account as a primary account To delte backups and other data from a device, the only thing I can suggest is to disconnect the device from the current icloud account and log into the secondary account (as a primary account) and begin deleting data.
Settings>icloud, scroll to bottom of screen and tap Delete Account. This disconnects from icloud and deletes Apple data on the device only, not on icloud. Then log in using the secondary account. Delete stuff. Then repeat the process for disconnecting from that account and log back in to the new account. The Apple data from that account will then re download..
