You posted this in the Aperture community, does this relate to Aperture in some way?
An apple tech ID is similar to an apple ID but is used for Technicians, you need it to become a certified technician and you should use it to service customers devices.
I do not have an apple tech ID yet, and I need to get it through Apple GSX, but when I try signing in with my apple id it says my apple ID is not compatible, if you find out what to do, please post it here so I can get my Tech ID.
