Im wondering if i can get the songs i want frm my brother's itunes library onto my phone and then add the songs frm my library (separate computer) witout erasing the initial songs???

iPod shuffle and iPhone are intended for use with a single computer. You cannot load music from multiple computers or iTunes libraries onto iPod shuffle and iPhone like you can with other devices.

As above, you can only load data from one library. Copy the tracks from your brother's library to your computer.
