Can't get into certain websites

There are a couple websites that I'm unable to get into, and it's only on my MacBook Pro. When I type in the sites (ancestry.com and cafepress.com), they appear for a couple seconds, and then disappear. Any ideas on what may be causing this?

iPhone 4S, Mac OS X (10.6.8)

Try Powering down the router and reboot it (Doubt it would be malaware) but you can scan with Sophos

free for home use

or Clam XAV free at App store

Could be something to do with your DNS settings

Try Googleing the question , there are loads of suggestions

try flushing your DNS cache out

Are you redirected to a different site or does nothing happen and the page stays blank or as it was?

Go to Safari Preferences->Extensions and list all the extensions you have installed.
