Q: Some of my email messages come in and the body of them have strange characters which I cannot read.  Has anyone experienced this and if so, what did you do to fix the issue?  I have both Mountain Lion and Windows 7 on my machine.

I have an issue with some email messages, but not all.  Some messages come through and they have a bunch of capital "A" in a box where the text should be.  Has anyone seen this before?  I have both Mountain Lion and Windows 7 running on my machine, but this was happening even before I installed Windows 7.  I'm a new MAC user so not sure if I am missing something in the setup?  Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!
