Apple TV, Cannot find TV Shows.

On the main menu of the Apple TV there should be at the top five different items: Movies, TV Shows, Music, Computers, and Settings. For some reason TV Shows has disappeared. Any thoughts?

The same happened to me :-( terribly annoying when you invite a group of people to watch the last Rivals show and have nothing "to show" :-( no restart or even reset would work :-(((

I am having the same problem, started today first seen at 2:04 PM EST (but this is my first time checking today). Everything was working/displaying normally at 11:53 PM EST last night.

I found a similar issue reported in 2011. Apple Support at that time recommended a cold reboot (remove all cables, wait 30 seconds, plug back in all cables). This did not resolve the issue.

It is an Apple issue (And FYI, I can get access to my TV show on my iPad either). Reply from other post:

As I mentioned in one of the other threads on this subject, I've talked to Apple Support and they say the problem is on their end. No need to do any resets or anything else - when they fix it, you'll see the icon again.

In the meantime, if you can download what you want to watch onto a computer, you should be able to watch using Home Sharing.
