Q: I can't get into the iTunes store!!!

Thanks everyone for the replies you've all been very helpful. I've contacted Apple support via e-mail and they will contact me within 24 hours.

Summary of the problem so far:

Affecting European countries

Affecting PCs and Macs

Running smoothly on iDevices

Note: I can connect to the store on my iPod Touch however I can't see the music section but the rest works fine.

Once again thank you everyone for the help, once apple has contacted me I will tell you all the reply. Hopefully the issue will be resolved by tomorrow.

I can't get in to the store on my MacMini. However I can access it on my iPhone & iPad.

Wonder how many sales Apple are losing during this outage?

Same thing for me in France

I've emailed Apple as well and will hopefully get a reply by tomorrow, and said that people are experiencing the problem across Europe... no one knows how to fix it, and it's happened in July as well to others...

I have the same problem, but would like to ask is it effecting your icloud music aswell.  I amn unable to see any of my icloud music or video?

I can't really help on that situation as I don't have any media synced to my iCloud account so won't be able to tell you if it's working or not.

Just checked and downloaded a song from icloud.  I shouldn't have any films in the cloud as they are all downloaded but it is showing me that one is (except that film IS in my iTunes library).

I have the same issue as well. Also in the UK

same in Italy

Seems to be working now, although across the top of the music store I am getting a mixture of music albums and films.

hopefully the situation is resolved across the European countries that have been affected.

Belgium Store Dutch Language seems OK now

Repeat of the problem in Russia a few weeks later. Can log in to iTunes on iPad but not iMac. Strange.
