Aug 29, 2013 12:10 PMby TrainingSF,You could follow the steps in here http://support.apple.com/kb/TS3125?viewlocale=en_US , uninstall temporarilly the security software and turn off firewall .....then you could also check this out http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1814?viewlocale=en_US restart computer or if those didnt work put the iphone on recovery mode by following this http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1808and restore again
