I installed a new airport extreme AC and created a new network. My apple computers work fine, but I am not able to connect to the new wi-fi network, internet or printer using my older pc computer running microsoft windows XP. The entire network worked fine with the airport extreme N I just replaced.

Try with no security.. just briefly as a test.
XP is old enough that without full updates it wasn't up to WPA2 AES. But that is essential for new AC to work.
Try fixing the wireless channels.. try on 11, 6, 1 and use a wireless name that is windows compatible.. ie short, no spaces and pure alphanumeric..
If none of them work.. sorry it is the nature of the beastie.. wireless moves on.. voodoo increases instead of decreases.. Stick your old extreme back in the network in bridge mode.. for old stuff to join.
