Hi! My iPhone has being stolen yesterday. I already locked it and erased all the information in it from "Find iPhone" but I want to know if there is any chance to block it using the imei number from it. I'm very mad and I don't what it to be use by anyone!!

No, Find My iPhone is currently the limit of what you can do.
If you haven't already done to then you should report it to the police and to your carrier. You should also change your iTunes account password, your email account passwords, and any passwords that you'd stored on websites/emails/notes etc.

It's not possible to block an iPhone completely and permanently. If you call your cell carrier, they may block the IMEI of your iPhone - some carriers will and some won't - but there are ways around such blocks. Most likely your iPhone has been hacked already.
