I have been developing a book and using the Preview feature with no problem. But after I upgraded iBooks to version 3.1.1 today, Preview stopped working. I see a progress bar that completes - seemingly faster than before - but nothing happens on my iPad mini.
Mac mini, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.4)
Disconnect your iPad, restart it and your Mac, then reconnect the iPad (direct to the computer...no USB hub, etc.), then try Preview again.
Still no joy, wait to see if others have similar issues.
The update works ok for me w/Previews, etc.
