Can't add playlist to iPhone

Hi All,

I have created a playlist on my mac and would like to drag it to my iPhone, however, iTunes doesnt let me.

I have tried to click on iphone and then to find the "add to" next to "done" but its not there. I have also added the old-style itunes sidebar and tried dragging the playlist onto my iphone but again it doesnt let me.

Any advise whats going on?

Apple can be so frustrating sometimes ahhh
