My sons iPad mini cannot connect to the App Store. It says "cannot connect to I Tunes". Our internet is fine. Reset both router and the iPad.

Try logging out of the the ID in settings/itunes & app store and log back in

Sometimes this fixes it.
Go to Settings>General>Date and Time>Set Automatically>Off. Set the date one year ahead. Try to connect again. If you get an error message, go back to the settings. Correct the date and time (set automatically) then go back and try again.
