itunes wont import videos

I have 4 m4v files that were all transcoded by iSkysoft Video Converter at the same time. They are in the correct location in the itunes media folder. iTunes recognises two of them, but not the other two.

Anybody any suggestions?

Try contacting iSkysoft Video Converter through their support site, which is here -> http://support.iskysoft.com/
