iPad won't connect to wifi

iPad will not connect to wifi will connect to cellular, I have reset iPad network settings

iPad 2 Wi-Fi + 3G, iOS 6.1.4

1. Turn off router for 30 seconds and on again

2. Trouble-shoot Wi-Fi
