When printing from the ipad, it only prints small size...not a regular sheet size. Any suggestions?

Found one solution for this that said to disable ipv6 settings in the network (I had to do this through the hp website configuration page) then restore printer to default.

This didn’t work for me but has for some.

I then went into online settings again and changed the default copy settings paper size to A4 (this is in the settings tab). My iPad and phone then started printing in full size rather than miniature.

Same problem printing from Safari to my Canon Pixma MG6250, i.e. small image, plus attempting to print from the rear tray, not the front cassette (the rear tray is normally used for photo qulity prints, not text or web pages).

I have checked the printer network settings and they are set for ipv4, so this is not causing the problem. Also the Canon printer software version is up to date.

There is workaround by creating a PDF file and then printing from this, but why should we have to do this?

Does anyone from Apple read these pages and if so, why hasn't this annoying issue been fixed before now?

Thank you so much for introducing me to that HP app. It works well and it fixed my problem of having the 'too small' in the center of the page issue.

I have the same problem. When I use AirPrint from my iPhone it prints very small and only takes up about 1/6 of the page. I have a canon xp-820 printer which is AirPrint compatible. Anyone have an answer?

I can't print ANYTHING full size from my ipad to my airprint printer. Someone help! The sheet comes out centered on the sheet at about a quarter of the regular size. Anyone?????
