Numbers on my iPad mini does not show the latest files. All the files have the top right-hand corner curled over showing the up arrow in the corner. iCloud documents and data is set to "On." I have tried turning it Off then On again, but there is no chang

I have tried deleting Numbers and reinstalling, but the files aren't updated and all of them have the curled corner with the up arrow.

I am editing a Numbers file on my iPhone, and it uploads fine.

I don't know if this is related, but I can't login to iMessage or Facetime on the iPad Mini. The dialog box says, "Could not sign in. Please check your network connection and try again."

I have another app, ewallet, that supposed to sync with my iPhone over iCloud, but it's not syncing either.

Contacts are updating though.

I have tried rebooting, restarting the wifi connection, but that has not fixed the problem.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you!
