Open a Finder window, then use the Search box.

If you know the file name (or part of the name), use that as the search term

If not, use .numbers and choose "Numbers documents" from the list of suggestions.

Select "This Mac" as the range to search, and set the results table to sort by Date (click the column header).

I work on my laptop everything.

So it was on the laptop all the time.

I search on the internet and a lot of people have the same isue, the problem is that for some of them they recover the file (just appear again in the same folder), and for the others like me dissaper forever.

Can you tell me if MAC OS have a folder for recovery files or something similar, maybe it was moved into a temporary folder or samething.

Gabi

Files cannot be opened while they are in the Trash. Yu will need to drag them to the Desktop before attemptig to open them.

Regarding the crash report:

Sorry, I'm not familiar enough with these to offer an interpretation of them. For anyone who is familiar with them, I suspect there's not enough information in the small portion visible in a screen shot to be useful. They would need the full report, for which you coud use copy/paste.

Barry
